The Anglican Church is organised into 'parishes'. Gympie  Anglican Parish is large, extending out to Rainbow
Beach,Tin Can Bay, Gunalda and Glastonbury.
Our churches in Gympie city are St Peters', in Amy Street
and  St.Johns' in Pine Street.

We extend a warm welcome to visitors at our many services.
Feel free to join us -----  whether  you are a 'believer' or 'just looking'. We
would  love to meet you.

If you are in the situation where you believe in God but don't know whether or
not you believe in Jesus then we can tell you in a friendly no obligation way
where to find the answers you seek in the Bible.

If you have trouble coping with the stresses in your life we are keen
to advise you obligation free and assist you in finding where to go for
further help. We
don't  have money to give out, only food for
extreme cases.
PH 5482 2629  any day any time.

We have 'Fancy That' our low priced Op Shop at 204 Mary St. Gympie which is a great help for those short of
money. 'Fancy That' often has Bibles in stock which are available free. We welcome donations of useful
items at our shop front door or back door or will pick up promptly  within Gympie. We do not pay any of our
staff. You may volunteer and no experience is necessary but a character reference is required.

There was a time, not that long ago, when most people in Australia were Christians. In our modern Australia
that is no longer true as  there are people who know very little about what makes Christians tick. If you think
you might  go to church to 'have a look' but are vague about what Christians generally believe, please read
on...............

At the centre of Christianity is Jesus.
The Bible contains four accounts of the life, execution and  return to life of Jesus.

These  accounts  (the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) differ in detail but all tell the same story.

Most of our services will include people saying together one or another of the ancient summaries
of the 'Christian faith'. As a visitor, you do not have to join in that, but it will give you a good idea  of what is
central to our church.

We offer high quality  Bible studies to help people learn more about the faith. We run the  'Alpha' course,
which  is a good introduction to those  who are not used to reading the Bible.

So why not join us one day, and introduce yourself as a visitor, and get to know us  and the Jesus that is
central to our lives.

We host Tax Help rent free  at our Op Shop, a service provided by volunteers to enable low income people to
get their Tax Return done for free but only from June  to October
(the Tax "season")
